Overview

Since 1985, TCI has been continuously manufacturing quality PTFE materials. Our site in Manchester, NH, USA has over 86,000 ft² (8,000 m²) of manufacturing space with customized coating, lamination, fabrication, film, mixing, maintenance and laboratory departments.

Our unique PTFE materials and products require specialized manufacturing equipment. Our engineers and R&D staff design and build our own equipment to match the needs of our processes. With the internal ability to duplicate or improve with redesign our existing equipment, we are positioned to address the evolving needs of our customers quickly and cost-effectively.

With a manufacturing base of over 100 employees and an around-the-clock manufacturing schedule, our company constantly focuses on overwhelming our customers with material quality, short lead times, and excellent customer support.

Many patents and awards have been granted to TCI for our innovations in the development and processing of specialized PTFE materials and products. We are FIRST in PTFE film technology for several industries and we provide solutions in applications where material failure is unacceptable for our customers. Since our materials are used in some of the most challenging environments in the world, our material performance is not left to chance; we do not accept risk and our results speak for themselves.
